Angeles. IMP has established a successful track record by helping companies and organizations forge new strategic alliances

Innovative Media Productions also

MTV/Showtime television series “Music in High Places,” which supported the work of the Grammy Foundation, a non-profit
association providing musical education in our nation’s schools. “Music in High Places” also created
awareness for endangered “world heritage” sites around the globe, as designated by UNESCO, and was sponsored by
MasterCard, MSN, RadioShack and RCA. Currently, IMP is developing a new global music television series entitled “Music
Planet."

Parvene
Michaels is a veteran television marketing and events producer with over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry.
She is the founder of Innovative Media Productions and the creator and executive producer of the critically acclaimed
MTV/Showtime series "Music in High Places" which was sponsored by MasterCard, MSN, RCA and RadioShack.
The series, which benefited the Grammy Foundation and is now currently available on DVD, takes recording artists to
the most ancient sites on earth for music performance and adventure. Ms. Michaels is currently executive
producer of National Geographic's new "Music Planet" international television specials which will begin filming
in 2008. Michaels also has extensive experience in developing, producing and handling publicity for some
of Hollywood's top cause-related projects, including producing such high profiled events as the Earth Day Awards at the
United Nations. Over the years, Michaels has also handled publicity for a vast array of high profile recording artists,
including Bob Dylan and Tom Petty, James Brown and Michael Jackson (during Thriller), as well as corporate publicity, series
and specials for The Family Channel, TNT, MTV and the Discovery Channel among others. Michaels and
her partner, veteran music industry executive Alan Oken, are business development consultants to many top entertainment companies
in the area of branded entertainment, developing strategic alliances between top U.S. advertisers and film, television and
live events.

Alan Oken, Executive Vice-President
and Co-Founder of Innovative Media Productions, is also Head of Business Affairs for The Music Planet Company and has been
an entertainment attorney for many years. His extensive tour experience led him to a position at A&M Records in 1979,
where he served as head of Artist Development until 1988. His responsibilities at A&M included all
tour preparation, budgeting and execution, and the development of the live performance profile for all A&M artists in
conjunction with the artist, artist management and all major booking agencies. These artists included the
Police, Split Enz, Supertramp, Styx, Janet Jackson, Bryan Adams, the Go-Go's, Simple Minds, 38 Special, Carpenters and Amy
Grant. He also had overall responsibility for A&M's Artist Relations, Special Projects and College
Radio and Retail areas. In addition, Oken was a participant in the development and structuring of marketing
plans for all projects during his decade at the label. He was responsible for video promotion, including
MTV, BET and VH-1 and participated in image development for the artist roster. After co-founding and operating
indie label Available Entertainment (Navarre), he became Director of Franchise Development for "Music in High Places
(MTV, Showtime)."
